Bedroom Bully Riddim – Oneshot Entertainment

Punchy and raw, Bedroom Bully Riddim rides a mid-tempo bashment groove with enough thrust for the dance floor and enough swagger for the bedroom, the kind of 2012 dancehall cut that leans hard on attitude, not polish. Oneshot Entertainment lines up a mix of toast, flex and outright flirtation: Deeky’s “Step Inna Di Dance, ” Pistal’s “Wine, ” Kush Riley’s title track, and Zamunda’s “Gyalist Anthem” all push the uptown-loose, rude-boy energy, while Juvazzi’s pair of “Hold Yuh Tonight” and “Touch Yuh” versions add a more melodic edge. I Wayne’s “Caring and Sharing” gives the project a familiar voice with some crossover weight, and the instrumental version closes it out cleanly.
