Itron Music’s Bad Yu F%*K Riddim came out in May 2021 with a hard-edged, street-minded dancehall pulse and a little more attitude than polish, which is exactly the point. The cut that jumps out first is Boy Boy’s “Bad Yu F%^k, ” pure raw talk over a menacing swing, while Fully Bad’s “Fully Bad” leans into the title’s energy without sounding forced. Ronnie Homer’s “Pull Up” and Black Wick’s “24/7” keep the momentum rolling, but the whole set has that sly, bashment-ready feel that made a lot of 2021 dancehall riddims hit harder in the dance than on paper. Itron keeps the lineup tight too, with ten tracks from ten artists and no filler spilling over the edges.
