Five tracks, six artists, and a pretty tight little 2018 soca package: Atmosphere Riddim keeps the focus on the vocal pairings instead of overloading the set. Imran Nerdy’s “Fè’y Palé (Make It Talk)” has the kind of cheeky title that suits a party cut, while Saveion’s “Perfect Body” and Sedale’s “Slow Down” lean into the more seductive side of the rhythm. Shemmy J’s “Open and Close” adds a bit of movement and bounce, and the closing link-up from Wildfire and International Stephen on “High Times” gives the riddim a final lift. Vibez Productionz keeps the whole thing brisk and compact, with enough room for each singer to leave a mark without dragging the tempo down.
