Romeich Entertainment was still in its early run when Armagiddion Riddim dropped in 2011, but the name already carried the stamp of Romeich Major’s sharp ear for dancehall and his instinct for pairing street-ready rhythms with big-artist pull. The riddim sits in that fast-moving, club-forward corner of early-2010s Jamaican production, where the beat had to leave room for DJs, selectors, and radio rotation while still hitting hard enough for the dance.

Armagiddion is a lean, propulsive dancehall bed with a clean digital snap, skanking percussion, and enough bass pressure to carry both shelling lyrics and party pull-up lines. The vibe is direct rather than polished for polish’s sake, and that rawness is part of the charm. Romeich Major used it to pull in a strong cross-section of voices: Aidonia came through with both “Gal Yuh Can Fuck” and the clean “Gal Yuh Can Wuk, ” while Tarrus Riley’s “Armagiddion Time A Come” gave the juggling a rootsier, more conscious edge. Elephant Man’s “Party Everyday” keeps the energy squarely in bashment territory, and Demarco, Chino, T. O. K. , Stein, Di Genius, Versatile, Stacious, and Nyrone all add their own slice of the riddim’s personality.

The standout pull is the contrast. Aidonia and Elephant Man push the project’s raw dancehall side, while Tarrus Riley and Stein bring a more reflective tone.
