Weed Ring Riddim – Vytek Production

Vytek Production’s 2022 Weed Ring Riddim is a five-track soca set that leans on a tight, youthful artist mix, with Audio Bronx on Cookie Monster, Gaza Tussan on Nuff Gal, Princess-Tai on Weedy, Shell Street on Dutty Style, and Tr3eighty on Private Ledger. The release keeps the lineup compact and each song runs around the two-and-a-half-minute mark, which gives the project a quick, club-ready feel. Gaza Tussan and Shell Street bring some of the more familiar names to the riddim, while Princess-Tai’s Weedy adds a direct title match to the project theme. It follows Vytek Production’s earlier Body Good Riddim and shows the label working in both dancehall and soca with the same lean, track-focused approach.
