Bramwell, also known as Breadback, has been active for years as a producer and engineer, with a catalogue that stretches from Tan Bad and Dancehall Alert through later projects like Smart Thing and Rice Town. Vineyard arrived in 2020 as a six-cut reggae juggling and sits neatly inside that lineage.

The rhythm has a warm, unhurried pulse and a clean, modern finish, but it still carries the weight of classic roots reggae. The arrangements leave room for bass and drums to breathe, while the guitars and keys keep the bed steady rather than crowded. It feels built for conscious voices rather than dancehall fireworks.

The strongest pulls come from the names that know how to live on a one-rhythm set. Sizzla is present twice with “What R Frenz 4” and a raw version, giving the compilation its sharpest edge and the kind of militant, direct delivery that has anchored his catalogue for decades. Lutan Fyah’s “Baby I Am Your Love” brings the softer, lover’s side of his voice, while Teflon’s “Jah Was There” pushes the spiritual side of the project. Determine opens with “Suddenly, ” and Hyah Slyce adds “I Cant, ” filling out a set that feels grounded in message music more than gimmick.
