Up Front Riddim lands as a lean little soca set from 4Certain Production, the kind of project that keeps the focus on hooky vocals and a crisp, propulsive instrumental rather than crowding the frame. Released in July 2019 and cut down to four tracks, it gives Magga’s “Break Way” featuring Jasmine, Alma Boy’s “Front, ” and Penny’s “Keisha (Oh Ho)” just enough room to pop before the producer closes the sequence with the bare riddim itself. 4Certain has used the same instrumental title across a few releases, and here that clean, punchy arrangement feels like the point: three singer cuts, then the instrumental, laid out in a tight, deliberate order that lets the riddim speak for itself.
