Triumphant Riddim comes in with a clipped, militant Dancehall pulse rather than any flashy gimmicks, and that straight-ahead feel gives the voices plenty of room to do the lifting. Outta Nothing Productions keeps it lean across the six cuts, letting C Four’s “Hold Yuh Head Up” and Daddy1’s “Harder ’n’ Harder” land with the kind of grit and forward motion that suits the title, while Lexie’s “Real Links” and Shakka Pee’s “Never Lost My Way” bring a more reflective note into the set. It surfaced in early May 2019 as a six-song, 18-minute EP, which fits the compact, no-waste approach here. By the time Tripple J closes it out with “When Di Table Turn, ” the riddim has settled into a steady, determined stride that carries the whole project cleanly to the finish.
