KIRK ARTHUR PRODUCTIONS shaped the sound of 2011 soca with the Tite Choonz Riddim. Known for bringing energetic horn sections and tight rhythms to the genre, this producer has worked behind the scenes on many Caribbean music projects. KIRK ARTHUR PRODUCTIONS is respected for keeping the roots of soca alive while also pushing the music forward. Alison Hinds, often called the “Queen of Soca,” delivered the energetic track “Explode.” Hinds is famous for her 2005 hit “Roll It Gal,” and her powerful voice and stage presence have made her a leader in Caribbean music.
