Tek Ova Records keeps the Thermostat Riddim tight and lean: six cuts, five voices, and a proper dancehall lineup led by Demarco, I-Octane, Kalado, Blak Ryno and Zamunda. The energy sits in that midtempo, street-ready pocket, with Demarco doubling up on “It’s Real” and a raw version that sharpens the edge a bit more, while Kalado’s “Step And Speech” and I-Octane’s “In My Life” bring the more reflective pressure to the set. Blak Ryno’s “Fling U Body Pon Mi” pushes the attitude back up before Zamunda closes with “Leather Band, ” which leaves the riddim on a more playful note.
