Seanizzle and Charlie Pro were still relatively fresh names in 2011, but Sunrise Riddim already caught the kind of voices that defined that dancehall moment. Charlie Pro later described the project as his first production and said Sean came on board and helped pull in some of the industry’s finest artistes, which matches the way the juggling landed: energetic, street-facing, and built for radio and sound system rotation.

Mavado’s Stay Far adds the cold, guarded energy he was known for in this period, while Jah Vinci’s Wine A Control Me pushes the project toward dance-floor seduction. Khago’s Tax Inna My World and Beenie Man’s Clean Everyday give the set extra personality, one rooted in social commentary and the other in veteran-deejay confidence.
