Street Hunters Riddim – Turbomax

Street Hunters Riddim lands in that early-2010s rootsy dancehall pocket, with Turbomax keeping the groove lean and streetwise while Gyptian, Nitty Kutchie, and Tony Curtis each take a turn on the pattern. Gyptian’s “Inna Di Street” gives the cut the most immediate pull, but it’s Nitty Kutchie’s “Go Getta” and Tony Curtis’ “Call On Jah” that really sketch the riddim’s mood, pushing a tough-edged vocal style over a simple, steady backbone.
