The State Of Anarchy Riddim moves with a quick, clipped dancehall pulse, the kind that leaves plenty of room for sharp-decked vocals and little wasted motion. Hypemasters Entertainment kept it lean in 2013, cutting just six songs across five voices, with Donteh, I-Angel, O (J-Zero), Lyrical Ill and Marc Brunnel trading different shades of the same tough talk.
