Socapella Overview

The Socapella Riddim brought together top soca talents for the 2018 carnival season. Chewalee, well known for his energetic style, delivered the track “Fetish.” Mack, who gained attention with his song “Live & Direct,” added his own flavor to the collection. Ricardo Drue, famous for his hit “Vagabond” and a nominee at the International Soca Awards, teamed up with Hypa 4000 on the lively “Take A Drink.” Soca Doctor contributed the song “Could Never Dey,” rounding out the lineup with his unique voice. These tracks were built on a strong carnival rhythm, perfect for both fetes and road marches. The production work was handled by BLACK SPANIARD PRODUCTIONS, a label known for its influence on the soca scene.
