Skitzo Overview
Skitzo Riddim came together in the studio as a true team effort. The bashment arranger played a key role, guiding the sound and energy of the project. The aim was to create a riddim that would stand out in clubs and dancehalls, with a raw, energetic vibe. The studio sessions focused on tight grooves and a strong, modern dancehall feel. Several well-known artists joined the project, each bringing their own style. Spragga Benz leads with “Dem A Hate.” Spragga Benz is respected in dancehall and is known for tracks like “Jack It Up” and his work with international acts. Kevin Lyttle delivers “Take A Ride.” He is famous worldwide for his hit “Turn Me On,” which topped charts in many countries. Calico joins in with “Link Up,” adding his unique voice to the riddim. Ward 21 brings “Snap Crackle Pop (Raw),” showing the group’s signature playful and bold approach. Mr. Lexx appears twice, with both clean and raw versions of “Say Dem A Wife.” Mr. Lexx is known for his energetic performances and hits like “Full Hundred.” Sizzla’s “Put Jah Before U (Raw)” and “Put Jah Before U” add a conscious message.
