Seaside Villas Riddim (2019) – Symphonic Distribution

Ted Ganung is the name that keeps pulling your ear in on Seaside Villas Riddim, especially on “Feelings, ” where his touch sits right at the center of the cut and gives the whole 2019 set its shape. Around him, Coolie, Krystal Khayne, Kay and Tim Starr keep the energy in that straight-ahead dancehall pocket, with the production staying lean and percussive rather than overloading the riddim with extra decoration. There’s a nice link between Symphonic Distribution’s polished presentation and Ted Ganung’s own presence across the tracklist, which makes the project feel less like a stray compilation and more like a snapshot of his sound at the time. Short, crisp, and to the point, with the two versions of the title cut tucked in at the end.
