Right Time Riddim (2019) – One Time Music

From Kingston’s newer dancehall camp, Right Time Riddim catches that late-2019 push toward slick, street-ready juggling, with One Time Music lining up voices like Squash, Rygin King, Intence, Bobby 6ix and Kabaka Pyramid across the same cut. The rhythm has that dark, chant-heavy pulse you’d expect from the era, and the sequencing keeps the energy moving without wasting space; I Waata and Mimi’s “One Time” opens the set with a hooky, breezy feel, while “Nah Stop Party” and “Outta Control” lean harder into the party pressure. One Time Music was founded in Jamaica in 2018 by Noel Maitland, Chevaughn Davis and Sean Townsend, and this release landed on December 9, 2019 with an instrumental included on the full album version.
