Up from Jamaica’s long-running Giggy family of riddims, Retro Giggy folds Fat Eyes’ 2016 take into a tight three-track dancehall set that leans on familiarity without sounding dusty. Lukie D’s “Bye Bye Love” sets the tone with a smooth, melodic push, while Jigsy King’s “Ram Goat Piss” brings the rawer side of the cut; Tanto Metro and Devonte’s “Love Will Make You” rounds it out with the duo’s easy chemistry.
