Reggaevent Riddim – Loyal Records

Reggaevent Riddim has that loose, rootsy shuffle that feels more like a session than a polished concept piece. Loyal Records keeps the vibe open and melodic, and Lisa Bennet’s “Faith” sits especially naturally in that space, with the vocals leaning into the same steady pulse the riddim is chasing. Figga’s “Man Irie” and Kigwa’s “Strive” push the uplift a little harder, while Onton’s “Good Lovin” adds a softer edge to the set. There’s even a producer cut in the mix, plus the T-Manfire and Loy link-up on “Monday Till Sunday, ” which gives the whole thing a local, hands-on feel.
