Victorious Records kept the Pretty Eyes Riddim tight in 2010, cutting just six voices across a dancehall set that leans more on lovers’ niceties and flirtation than raw gun talk. Blak Diamon’s “Got What You Need” and Crossovah’s “Be Mine” set the tone early, with Fresh sliding in on “Sexy Gyal” and Supa Mario and Uncle Sam pushing the same cheeky lane from different angles. Rupee’s “All Night Long” is the name that jumps off the tracklist, and it gives the riddim a more polished, crossover edge without breaking the groove.
