A dubby, roots-heavy pulse drives Perfect Storm Riddim, with roomy bass, crisp skank, and enough atmosphere to let each voice breathe. I Grade Records keeps the energy measured rather than militant, and that fits the cast: Akae Beka’s “Felt Love Surely” leans deep and meditative, Lutan Fyah’s title cut comes with the kind of steady uplift he’s known for, and Jahdan Blakkamoore’s “Take Time” sits in that same reflective pocket. Pressure, Revalation, and Danny I round out the vocal side, while the closing dub version gives the set a proper aftershock.
