Outrage Riddim comes in lean and wiry, with just three cuts and no wasted motion from 6 Pants Records. Gaza Maxell’s “Slow Wine” leans into the teasing, waistline-first side of dancehall, while Khago’s “Wine And Part The Crowd” carries the kind of command that made him one of the more dependable voices on these single-riddim sets.
