Nookie Riddim – John John Records

Beenie Man’s “We Set The Thing” and Vybz Kartel’s “Proper English” do the heavy lifting, while Busy Signal’s “Fade Away” and Sizzla’s “Nookie Nookie” add different shades of energy without breaking the riddim’s pace. John John was deep in that early-2000s dancehall run, and this one sits right in that sharp, clipped era when the drum pattern and bassline had to do most of the talking.
