Neva End Overview
In the summer of 2015, a yard session party in Kingston became the place to be. The sound system was set up in a backyard, with friends and neighbors gathering to enjoy fresh dancehall music. The highlight of the night was the new yard session tape built on the Neva End Riddim. The tape featured a strong lineup of artists. Dainjah Kid performed "Prayer Fi Di Ghetto Youths Dem," a song that quickly connected with the crowd. Dainjah Kid is known for his conscious lyrics and has built a reputation in the dancehall scene for his message-driven songs. Frass Child brought energy with "Money We A Pree," keeping the vibes lively. Ibel, whose track "Really And Truly" added a melodic touch, is recognized for his smooth voice and memorable hooks. Mikitonic delivered "Prettiest Gyal," a tune that had the yard moving. Nana Ice followed with "Deliver Me," giving the session a soulful moment. The tape also included Qbe with "Neva Listen" and Talex Daynjah with "Better Must Come One Day," both adding their own flavor to the riddim. Behind the scenes, RIPPAS PRODUCTION made a big impact with this project. Known for shaping modern dancehall sounds, RIPPAS PRODUCTION has worked with several rising artists and helped push the Neva End Riddim to new audiences.
