MONEY TREE RIDDIM produced by BOMB RUSH 2008
Money Tree Overview
Clash nights in 2008 were full of energy. Selectors kept the party alive with their top music choices. On the Money Tree Riddim, the mix between reggae, dancehall, and other genres stood out. The riddim’s style made it easy for different voices to shine. The song “Ms World” by T.O.K. And Beenie Man is a good example of how artists work together on one track. Beenie Man, often called the King of Dancehall, has won a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2001 for “Art and Life.” He brought his unique sound to “Ms World,” teaming up with T.O.K., who are known for their harmonies and hits like “Footprints.” Easy’s song “Heartbreaker” also appears on the Money Tree Riddim. His vocals flow smoothly with the riddim’s beat, showing how selectors can blend songs from different artists during a clash. Sleepy Hallowtips added more flavor with “Realest Winer.” His performance showed another side of the riddim, mixing hard lyrics with catchy rhythms. Beenie Man And T.O.K joined again for “Trapped,” bringing double energy and star power to the stage. Bay C, part of T.O.K., delivered his own track, “Money Tree Riddim.” This showed his solo skills alongside group success. Behind it all was producer BOMB RUSH. Known for strong dancehall productions, BOMB RUSH helped create many memorable tracks that year and worked under his Bomb Rush Records label.
