Military Rave Riddim – Badart Muzic

By late 2019, dancehall riddims were still leaning hard into stripped-back digital patterns and tough, militant framing, and Badart Muzic’s Military Rave fits that mood with a compact nine-track set led by Takeova, Exco Levi and CMR. The title itself points the way: this is a sharp-edged cut aimed at the dance, with “No Shame, ” “Circle” and “Jesus Heart” setting the tone before the heavier run through 9TYZ, K. Sling and Neutron Obliv keeps the energy clipped and aggressive. There’s a nice bit of shape to the sequencing too, with Neutron Obliv doubling up near the back and Tactikal’s “Nuh Fraid” acting as the shortest, most urgent burst before Versi closes things out on “Nah Guh Work. ”
