Mega Mick’s Lil Tommy Riddim leans more into a compact soca pulse than the sprawling, party-heavy sets the name usually suggests, and that tighter frame gives it a cleaner, more direct feel. Released in 2016, it runs just three cuts deep, but the lineup still carries some pull: Salty and Preedy lock in on “Bend Back, ” Sekon Sta pairs with Prince Pronto for “Jump Out, ” and Wildfire closes it out with “Long Time. ” “Bend Back” feels like the obvious hook track, with enough bounce to carry the whole riddim’s identity.
