Life Style Riddim has that early-2000s roots swing with enough mid-tempo weight to keep the bassline moving without rushing the groove. Dirt Worx Entertainment lines up a strong set of voices here, with Anthony B’s “Must Go On, ” Luciano’s “Beat Goes On, ” and Richie Spice’s “High Grade In My Chalice” giving the riddim its firmest spiritual push, while Sizzla and Norris Man keep the pressure on from different angles. There’s a nice contrast too, from Ice’s “Greatness” to the slightly rougher edge of Zahaire’s “Stained, ” so the whole thing never settles into one mood for too long.
