    J-Rod Records’ Life Lessons Riddim lands in that early-2010s reggae pocket where conscious singers and smoother lovers rock vocals sat comfortably on the same juggling. Released in September 2011 and credited alongside High Stakes Records, the set moves through eight cuts with Konshens, Lutan Fyah, Turbulence, Mikey General and Orlando Octave giving it most of its shape. The sequence leans reflective rather than raw, with “All This Love, ” “Till Ah Morning” and “Life” keeping the message personal and steady, while “Heathen” and “Anyway” tilt a little harder without breaking the mood. Mikey General’s “Life” and Konshens’ “All This Love” feel like the tracks that hold the riddim’s center, but it’s Lutan Fyah’s late-night “Till Ah Morning” that leaves the deepest mark.
