He is also the founder of the Dubophonic label, which focuses on roots and dub music. His production on this riddim made sure every track had a deep, dub-influenced sound. The dub engineer’s careful mixing gave the songs a warm, layered feel that was true to reggae’s roots. Booba Starr’s "Booba Starr — Things A Get Rougher" delivered a powerful message, showing why he is respected in the reggae scene.
