Keltech Riddim keeps it lean with just three cuts, which gives the whole 2018 DJ Kunteh Records session a sharp, no-frills feel. Ibo Fyah’s “Vex Dem Vex” and Smokealot’s “Real Killa” ride the same instrumental alongside the label’s own “Keltech Riddim, ” and the short runtime — barely over seven minutes in total — leaves little room for waste. DJ Kunteh Records was already starting to build a familiar run of name-brand dancehall projects around this period, and this one sits neatly beside later pieces like Ghetto Crying and Success Road.
