I Wish Riddim – J.a Records

Released in 2018, I Wish Riddim from J. A. Records is a compact dancehall set with five cuts and a strong Japanese lineup, led by Ikkei’s Always, Kazan’s Carry On, Mion’s Otitemosikataganexe, R-man’s My Friendem, and Yamato’s Reveal. Issued on July 20, 2018, the project keeps the focus on the vocalists while J. A. Records handles the production and gives the riddim a clean, modern feel. Yamato and Ikkei were both active around the release, and the short tracklist makes Reveal and Always easy entry points into the set.
