Jackal Riddim from Sleng Shot Productions arrived in 2023 as a compact three-track reggae release built around a single riddim and a small but varied artist lineup. Man-Like Devin’s As from a High Place and Opie Ortiz’s Last Forever give the set its vocal identity, while Roger Rivas and Sleng Shot Productions close it out with the Jackal Riddim cut itself. The project keeps things tight rather than sprawling, which makes the interplay between the singers and the instrumental version easy to hear, and it fits neatly alongside Sleng Shot’s other riddim work from the same period.
