Uptown Downtown Riddim by Jahmento Records arrived in 2023 as a reggae compilation with eight artists across 11 tracks, led by Tony Rebel on Shoot The Sheriff and Galaxy P on Oil A Bash. The set also includes General Peckos, Travel Fox, Bionic Steve, Major Bones, and Kulcha Knox, with Danny Brownie handling the instrumental and dub versions. Tony Rebel’s contribution is expanded with both a Dub Vocal Mix and a TV Dub Mix, which gives the release a little extra room around the main cut. Jahmento Records and DubShot are credited on the original 1993 pressing, and this collection keeps that classic roots-dancehall shape with sharp vocals, dub treatments, and a clean, minimal riddim bed.
