I Surrender Riddim – Magnet Records

Four voices keep the I Surrender Riddim tight and focused, with Lukie D, Tenna Star, Tony Curtis and Amberlique each taking a turn over Magnet Records’ 2017 reggae cut. Lukie D’s “I’ll Give You Everything” sets the tone with his warm, seasoned delivery, while Tony Curtis’ “Diabetical” gives the project a sharper edge and Amberlique’s “Loose Lips” adds a bit of social bite to the set. Magnet keeps the arrangement lean rather than busy, letting the singers carry the emotion while the riddim stays tucked underneath with that clean, mid-tempo digital pulse. The release landed as a four-track EP, later issued as I Surrender Riddim (Collection Riddim, Vol. 4), with the original cut dated 2017 and the Apple Music edition appearing in early 2018.
