Bugle’s “From The Outside” gives Horizon Riddim its sharpest edge, but Randy Rich Productions keeps the whole 2012 set moving with a bright, clipped groove that sits somewhere between rootsy uplift and early-2010s radio-ready dancehall. Jahmiel’s “Too Late” and Denyque’s “I Miss You” do the heavy lifting on the emotional side, while Hyah Slyce and Vybrant bring more direct, chant-ready cuts that keep the riddim from settling into one mood for too long. It’s a short five-track set, and that lean lineup helps the production feel focused rather than crowded. Coming out in July 2012, Horizon landed in that period when Jamaican reggae was still leaning hard on clean digital drums and melodic hooks, and this one follows that pattern with enough warmth to keep the tougher voices in the mix.
