Jah Scout Records keeps this 2004 Heat Riddm lean and focused, with just three cuts and no wasted motion: Anthony B’s “Betta” and Norrisman’s “Heat Is On” sit on top of a blunt, pressure-cooker groove, while the version closes it out without softening the mood.
