In 2007, a special reggae sound was born in the studio. The musicians and engineers worked closely, layering classic reggae rhythms with new touches. The culture arranger played a key role, guiding the musicians to blend old and new styles. Their direction helped the backdrop feel both familiar and fresh. The producer, known as VARIOUS ARTISTS, brought years of experience to the project. With a history of working on respected reggae compilations, they knew how to bring out the best in each artist. Their productions have been released on several well-known reggae labels, making a mark on the genre. Cocoa Tea opened the set with "Blood And Fyah." Cocoa Tea is famous for hits like "Rikers Island" and his work with Shabba Ranks. His smooth voice gave the track a calm, confident energy. Josie Mel followed with "I Love You," adding a gentle, heartfelt touch. Josie Mel is known for his uplifting songs and steady presence in the roots reggae scene. Lutan Fyah and Luciano joined forces for "Tell It From The Heart." Luciano, sometimes called "The Messenger," is celebrated for his positive messages and has won the International Reggae and World Music Award. Lutan Fyah is recognized for his powerful lyrics and collaborations with reggae legends. Ras Myrhdak brought "Jahneasha," adding deep roots vibes to the mix. Together, these songs and artists created a musical backdrop that defined reggae’s heart in 2007.
