Simpac Production’s Ghetto Worship Riddim sits in that late-2010s dancehall run where the label was turning out compact, club-ready compilations with a strong spiritual tilt in the titles and lyrics. The nine-song set, released on March 8, 2019, keeps its focus tight, with Yaksta’s “My Creator” and Prohgres’ “Heights of Greatness” giving the riddim its clearest lift while Movack and Rain Drops each return in clean and raw versions, a sign the producer wanted the instrumental to do plenty of the talking. Across the lineup, Di-Rupton, Leyavo and Tearah keep the energy direct and street-level, riding a mid-tempo pulse that leaves space for the vocals to cut through. The package runs 25 minutes in all and closes with Yaksta’s final cut, “My Creator. ”
