Fury Riddim comes through as a clean 2019 roots-reggae juggling from Bulpus Productions, issued digitally on July 12, 2019 under the Lenkey and Bulpus banner. Bulpus is Norman Bryan, a producer and label founder whose name has shown up on a handful of modern reggae projects, and this one sits comfortably in that lane: contemporary, vocal-led, and built for singers who work best on warm, melodic one-drop frameworks.

The rhythm has a patient, mid-tempo pull with enough weight in the bass to keep it grounded, while the guitar skank and drum pattern leave plenty of room for the voices. It feels polished rather than aggressive, with a mood that sits between love song meditation and uplift. That balance suits the cast well. Iba Mahr and I Wayne open with “Visualize, ” a pairing that makes sense on paper and in sound, because both artists bring conscious phrasing and an easy, reflective delivery. Wayne Wonder turns in two cuts, “Only Jah Love” and “If I Ever Fall In Love Again, ” and his smoother, more commercial edge gives the riddim a different sheen without breaking its roots feel.
