Freddie McGregor is the anchor here, and “Jah On My Mind” plays to everything that has made him such a durable reggae voice: warm phrasing, easy authority, and a devotional tone that lands without strain. JayJay Born2sing’s “Top Of The Mountain” brings a younger voice into the same frame, while Jah Device’s “Bless The Woman” adds a more direct lovers-conscience angle. Together, the three cuts give the riddim a tidy spread of perspective without crowding it.
