Full Moon Riddim – Machete Records

A slippery, mid-2010s dancehall groove gives Full Moon Riddim its pull: the kind of brisk, waistline-friendly cut where the drums snap hard and the melody skims by with just enough darkness to keep things edgy. Machete Records lines up a handy mix of personalities here, with Aidonia and Beenie Man leaning into the catchy body-talk end of the spectrum, while Bramma, Teflon and Calado bring sharper street chatter and a little more bite. Calado’s “Life Trade” and “Fuck Me Harder” help frame the project’s rougher side, and Beenie Man’s “Wine Up Body Gyal” lands like the obvious crowd mover.
