Released in 1977, Fisherman Riddim comes out of the classic Lee Scratch Perry-era Congo/Joe Frasier orbit, with the original Fisherman cut tied to The Congos and later versions carrying the riddim through a strong mix of roots voices and revival-era artists. The lineup includes A. R. P. with Row Fisherman, George Nooks with Be Strong, Glen Washington with Let Me Be The One, Big Youth with Feed A Nation, and Dean Fraser with Fishermans Anthem, alongside Al Pancho, Horace Andy, Gregory Isaacs, and others.
