Essential Riddim from Draycity Records and Callifa Music arrived in 2020 as a tight four-track reggae set, with Diligent Cityboss handling two cuts, Founders Keeper and Squad 54, alongside Hismajesty’s Things You Do and Callifa Morgon’s title track. The release keeps the focus narrow and direct, with just three artists across the full project and an instrumental style credit that gives it a clean, stripped-back feel. Callifa Morgon is central to the production side too, which helps tie the whole riddim together and gives the set its own family-run identity.
