DUH SUH RIDDIM produced by UIM RECORDS 2014
Duh Suh Overview
Duh Suh Riddim was born in the creative space of the studio, where energy and ideas flowed freely. The bashment arranger had a clear vision: to build a riddim that would stand out and fill dance floors. The focus was on lively rhythms and catchy hooks, making sure every artist could bring their own style to the beat. At the center of this project was UIM RECORDS, a label known for shaping the sound of modern dancehall. Founded by Anju Blaxx, UIM RECORDS has produced hits for artists like Vybz Kartel and Popcaan. Their productions often reach high streaming numbers and are favorites among selectors worldwide. Blak Diamon opened the compilation with “Bagga Talk,” delivering sharp lyrics and a strong presence. Tommy Lee Sparta, well known for his dark and unique style, added “Pat It Up (Clean),” showing why he remains one of dancehall’s most talked-about artists. Tommy Lee Sparta is also famous for tracks like “Psycho” and his debut album “Reincarnation.” Stylish brought her own flavor with “Diss Mi A Cry For (Clean),” adding a confident and bold voice to the riddim. Destiny Sparta’s “Stay” offered a different mood, blending melody with heartfelt lyrics. Jimbo Sparta contributed “Riffle Sing,” keeping the energy high and the crowd moving. Iya Champs rounded out the set with “Nuh Grounds Out,” making sure every angle of the riddim was covered. When Duh Suh Riddim dropped, it quickly became a staple at bashment sessions, standing tall among the other big releases of 2014.
