The four-cut set keeps the focus narrow: Dose Ah Medicine’s “My Wish” leans into the tuff, streetwise feel, Shawn Storm rides it with “Musical Storm, ” and Vybz Kartel’s “Wah Do Dem” brings the kind of sharp, cold-blooded delivery that made his mid-2000s run so dominant.
