Out of Trinidad’s 2018 soca circuit came a very lean ride: Fryktion Muzik’s Bad Hombre Riddim kept the lineup down to just two cuts, with Keith Currency on “Pressure” and Stamina Smurf on “No Chill. ” The project runs as a short two-song release, and the sequencing is as direct as it gets, letting each vocal get its own full pass over the same riddim. Apple Music lists the drop date as July 6, 2018, which lines up with the 2018 production credit on the release. It’s a compact FRYKTION MUZIK outing with no extra filler, just those two tracks and the backing riddim.
