Daddy Lizard

Junior Lee Bryan was born in Kingston Jamaica. His interest in music developed at a young age in 1986 he began to DJ on Rambo International which is a sound system which was in the same community as he lived. He also started to DJ on some of the biggest sound system such as Stone Love, Metro Media, Inner City and many others. Bryan recorded his first single in 1987, titled “Haf Fi Fly Out” and it was recorded on the Techniques Label. He recorded a number of hits on the same label and these included “Winery” and “Run Gal Run”. Bryan started working Jamaica’s most famous labels and producers including Bobby Digital, Red Man International, Steelie & Cleevie, Sly & Robbie, King Jammys and Fat Eyes Productions. In 1988, Bryan started performing at stage shows such as Champions In Action, Sting, Fresh, Reggae Sunsplash and Hotshots. That year, he began his world tour with Red Dragon, Flourgon and Sanchez. He also collaborated with artists like Red Rose, Anthony Malvo, Chevelle Franklyn and many others. Bryan released his first album and his debut single titled  “The Music” and “Run Gal Run Remix” and these became very popular in the music arena. Bryan has produced many reggae artists on his label ‘Reptile Productions’ and these artists include Glen Washington, Anthony B, Turbulence, Ghost and many others.
