Any Fight Left Riddim – Studio One

Any Fight Left Riddim came out on Studio One around 1971, produced by Coxsone Dodd and voiced here by The Heptones on just two cuts: Any Fight Left (Haven’t You Any Fight Left) and Got To Fight On. It’s a compact roots-era slice from Studio One’s early-70s run, with the Heptones carrying both the lead tune and its companion track. Coxsone Dodd’s hand is all over it, and the riddim also shows up in year-based archive listings as a 1970/1971 Studio One release, which fits that transitional period when the label was sharpening its reggae sound.
