African Guitars Riddim – Zimjam Music

African Guitars Riddim is a 2023 reggae juggling from Zimjam Music and Fire On The Beat, led by DJ Alfire’s production and topped by Anthony B’s Butterflies. The set runs 16 tracks in all and brings together a spread of artists including That Jamaican Girl on Let Love, Dxxp on Slowly, Lucinia Karrey on I’m In Love, Maffie on Make U Mine, OG Magiq on Sweet Wine, and Nes Mburu on African Lover. Released on November 25, 2023, it mixes love songs with a few sharper regional flavors, including Centre Party’s Rure Rure and Talyban Force’s Ruva Rangu. DJ Alfire also closes the project with Sax On The Dub and the title cut, giving the riddim a neat instrumental finish.
